Welcome to my legislative website. I am honored to serve as one of your 31st District state representatives.
Washington is a strong and vibrant state, but we are facing many challenges. I believe these challenges can be met, but we have tough work ahead of us. My legislative priorities focus around responsible state budgeting, reining in the power of the executive branch, fighting for every citizen's individual rights, and fighting against higher taxes.
I am your voice in Olympia and encourage you to contact me with questions, concerns and issues which mean the most to you, your family, and your business.
Thank you for the honor of serving you in the Legislature.
Rep. Eric Robertson

Public safety is one of my top legislative priorities. As a retired Washington State Patrol trooper, I fully understand the unintended consequences of the policies we passed and their affects on our law enforcement professionals. We’ve made some modest changes to the aggressive police reform bills that will make minor impacts on our state’s increase in crime. Some good changes are better than nothing, but we still have work to do.Solutions prioritizing public safety and supporting law enforcement
As one of the assistant ranking members on the House Transportation Committee, I was hoping to have a seat at the table to provide input, direction, and feedback into the budget process and the discussions on the Move Ahead Washington transportation package. Transportation planning and budgeting is generally a bipartisan process to ensure every corner of our state has their transportation needs considered.Learn more about alternative transportation solutions
The importance of limiting the governor’s emergency powers authority is a top priority felt across our district and state. My colleagues and I continue to push for emergency powers reform and offer real solutions to restore the legislative voice in decision-making in Olympia.Real solutions for emergency power reform
Whether it’s inflation, the price of gas at the pump, higher costs at the grocery store, or higher housing costs, it’s expensive to live and work in Washington state. My colleagues and I continue to advocate and offer solutions for tax relief and anything we can do to help alleviate your financial burdens and struggles.Learn about our solutions to make life more affordable
